h2o Back in Action, Part 3: Bonus Suggestions

This is the 3rd and final episode in my "h2o" series. In this video I give you a few extra hints on how to prevent the sudden back attack that comes from doing "every day things" like cutting cheese, pouring coffee, picking up a frypan, washing your face, brushing your teeth, doing the dishes, etc. Figuring this little trick out has made a huge difference in my life. I know there are people out there who will agree with me!

I hope that this little hint gets picked up by some people who want to reduce their "back attack episodes". Through prevention, and developing this good habit (these good habits), it can really make a difference in your well-being. I love you!

h2o Back in Action, Part 2: Getting Down to Business

Part 2 of the series. If you need to get right down to business, this will show you what "h2o" is all about. I hope it works as well for those of you with back pain, as it has for me!

h2o Back in Action, Part 1: Background

I have wanted to make this series for a very long time. FINALLY, I did. I hope it helps those of you out there with back pain. This is part 1 of three parts. I had a lot to say on the topic as I have been a back pain pro now for over 20 years.

I found this great item after overhearing a conversation at the office.
And I love it! It's ingenious, and simple, and for Hiroko this Christmas.

Seeking Serenity 15: Kyu Furukawa Teien (The Grand Finale)

This is the final episode in the "Seeking Serenity" series. A great big thanks and Globalized Love Hug to Sharon Stephens, without whom this project never would have happened, and I would STILL be seeking serenity in Tokyo! I love you!
